Since its founding in 2014, Dr. Rosenbaum’s institute offers choral conductors—educators, church musicians, and early-career artists alike—a hands-on learning experience under the guidance of a world-renowned maestro.

Workshop Format
- Small-group, intensive sessions
- Active Participants (limited to 12 for individual attention) rehearse and conduct live; Auditors attend workshops at reduced tuition
- Topics include:
- Physical conducting technique (baton use, expressive gestures)
- Conducting recitatives and rehearsals from the keyboard
- Vocal expression, choral articulation (staccatos, tenutos, crescendos, grace notes, glissandos)
- Working with soloists
- Score interpretation
- Effective ensemble placement
- Plus practical insights: rehearsal planning, audition prep & more
